NetSuite CRM

Is there a CRM built inside NetSuite?

Yes. Vendios is a third-party sales CRM that installs into your NetSuite account and runs entirely inside it. Your pipeline, contacts and activity history are native NetSuite records, not copies of them, so there is nothing to sync and nothing to reconcile.

What does "built inside NetSuite" mean?

Vendios is installed into your NetSuite account and written in SuiteScript, NetSuite's own development platform. Its interface is served from inside NetSuite, and your reps sign in with the NetSuite login they already have.

Every deal on the Vendios board is a NetSuite Opportunity. Every contact is a NetSuite Contact, and every company is a NetSuite customer record. When a rep logs a call, moves a deal to a new stage or changes an amount, that change is written to the record itself. Finance sees it the moment sales does, because it is the same record.

Reps do not need a Full Access seat. Vendios works on an Employee Center, CRM or Full Access license.

Is Vendios made by Oracle? No. Vendios is an independent product built for NetSuite customers. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Oracle.

How is that different from a CRM that integrates with NetSuite?

Most CRMs sold to NetSuite customers run on their own platform and connect back to NetSuite through a connector or integration middleware. That means two databases, kept in step by a sync that maps fields from one to the other. It can work, but it creates a second system of record, and every sync brings lag, mapping errors and a reconciliation job that someone has to own.

Why don't more third-party CRMs build inside NetSuite?

Two reasons usually come up. The first is commercial. An established CRM vendor already owns a platform and a database, and building inside NetSuite means giving up both. It is simpler to sell one product to every company regardless of ERP, and connect it to each one.

The second is an assumption that anything built inside NetSuite has to look like NetSuite. It does not. NetSuite's standard forms are designed for ERP work, and they are good at it. But the platform lets an application render its own interface, and Vendios does: a drag-and-drop pipeline board, a deal workspace with an AI assistant, a dialer and an inbox, all running inside your account on your records.

What does Vendios do inside NetSuite?

It keeps the record current without making that a second job for the rep, then puts the record to work.

Activity captured as a byproduct of selling

Calls placed from Vendios are transcribed and summarized by AI, and the summary is written to the NetSuite record. Keeping the record current happens while the rep sells, instead of competing with it at the end of the day.

AI that reads a record you can trust

Every deal gets an AI analysis with win probability, strengths, risk flags and suggested next steps, plus a conversational thread for follow-up questions. It works from the same records the capture layer keeps current, so it is summarizing what actually happened, not what someone remembered to type.

A pipeline board on native Opportunities

Drag deals between stages you define, edit them inline, and see who owns what. Manager and pipeline health dashboards are built from the same records.

Calling and SMS from the record

One-click calling from any deal or contact, and SMS with consent management. Every conversation is logged to the NetSuite record it belongs to.

Enrichment written to NetSuite fields

Company data, decision-maker contacts and phone numbers are pulled from the deal view and written to native NetSuite fields, not a parallel database. Target account lists refill as you disqualify accounts.

Does Vendios replace NetSuite CRM?

No. It runs on top of it. NetSuite's CRM records, fields, workflows, saved searches and reports stay where they are, and anything you have already built on them keeps working. Vendios is the interface and toolset for the people who work those records every day.

When a deal is won, it moves into quotes, sales orders and invoices the way it always has, because it never left NetSuite.

Who is Vendios for?

Companies that run on NetSuite and intend to stay there, with a sales team that needs more than the standard forms. If you have decided NetSuite is your system of record and want your sales team working inside it, Vendios is built for exactly that.

You need to be an existing NetSuite customer. Vendios does not resell NetSuite licenses.

What does it cost?

$159 per user per month, with a 3-seat minimum and the first month free. Every feature is included on every seat. The allowances, overage rates and trial details are on the pricing page.
